Via Alpina - R120: Refuge de l'Archeboc > Le Monal.

From the Archeboc hut, the trail takes the regional GR Tour de Haute-Tarentaise trail and then heads upward to circumvent the Ste Foy-Tarentaise resort to come out in the high Isère valley facing Mt Pourri. Next, it crosses woodland to reach the hamlet of Echaillon and then the listed hamlet of Le Monal, the stage destination.
