The only real complications along the way are orientation, altitude gain and drop, and maybe the snow that might be along the way on the descent from the Cerro de Certascan.
Although the Bordes de Noarre are very attractive and are located in a spectacular place, this stage which also follows the Pyrenees crossing, really begins to come into its own when you reach the Lagunas Blaus lagoons,
You cannot reach the Bordes de Noarre by vehicle and they are still very well conserved. The few people that did come up from Tavascan, did so to spend the summer here with their herds. Now however they are reluctant to make the trip and the only inhabitant here these days is Jacques.
The trip to the Certascan peak is not very long but it is however a very steep climb...
