Catalonia - Wind Horses - Serrat de les Esposes shelter to Cortals de l’Ingla shelter.
The first part of the hike is a ramp, just after you leave the Serrat de les Esposes shelter, and is the hardest part of this overall relaxing stage. The trail takes a track that at one time was asphalted and which passes along the side of the mountain. This is a great opportunity to chat as you go, replacing some lost energy and admire the flora and fauna along the way.
Half way along the trial you have your first contact with the GR 107 (Camí dels Bons Homes)...
