This is a six-stage cycletouring trail running through the Pyrenean lands of Ripollès and La Garrotxa as far as the plains of Emporda.
Technical characteristics and difficulty level
The trail runs between an altitude of 1,064 metres and sea level over a total of 262.2 kilometres and the overall altitude gain in ascent is 1,910 metres and 2,592 metres in descent. The trail uses the Greenways of Girona (from Ripoll to Sant Joan de les Abadesses and from Olot to Sant Feliu de Guíxols), the cycletouring network of Baix Empordà as well as other sections of local roads with low intensity traffic...
