Départ des Tonils par une longue montée jusqu'au sentier sur crête de la montagne de Couspeau, portage pour arriver sur le sommet du Grand Delmas.

Descente au début difficile puis col de Gourdon et sa descente en lacets. Fonderesse et descente vers les Tonils par un sentier de toute beauté !
